Carol Hutchins

Carol Hutchins became the winningest softball coach in NCAA history on April 2, 2016 with her 1,458th win. She has the most wins out of any coach of any sport in University of Michigan history.2 Since beginning her coaching career at Michigan in 1983, Carol Hutchins has transformed the softball program into one of the most successful in University history with several trips to the Women's College World Series over her tenure as coach, including a national championship in 2005.
